CsDPH & CADO Introduction
The Consultants in Dental Public Health and Chief Administrative Dental Officers have set out the following objectives.

- To plan, initiate and co-ordinate matters relating to dental public health in
- To act as an information base and as a means of disseminating relevant
- To work collaboratively with the Scottish Government, the office of the Chief Dental Officer and other national
- To advance policy to reduce oral health inequalities in Scotland.
They meet throughout the year and are currently chaired by Maura Edwards (Consultant in Dental Public Health, Ayrshire & Arran) and co-chaired by Jonathan Iloya (Consultant in Dental Public Health, Grampian)
